At onelink, we strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. This policy outlines your rights to cancel your subscription and our refund terms.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log in to your onelink account
  2. Go to Settings > Billing
  3. Click on "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Follow the confirmation prompts

You will continue to have access to your paid features until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan.

2. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

Conditions for Refund:

  • The request is made within 14 days of the initial purchase date.
  • This applies to both monthly and annual plans.
  • Refunds are not available for renewals or upgrades after the initial 14-day period.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@1ne.io with your account email address and transaction details. We will process your refund within 5-10 business days.

4. Changes to Plan

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.

  • Upgrades: You will be charged the prorated difference immediately, and your new features will be active instantly.
  • Downgrades: Your new rate will apply at the start of the next billing cycle. You will retain access to your current plan features until then.

5. Termination by onelink

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service if you violate our Terms of Service. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
